Metagenome Sequencing projects of NELLI proposal: Uncovering New Lineages of Life from Metagenomes. The following samples were processed for metagenomic sequening: 2SBTROV12_ACTIVE470_metaG, 2SBTROV14_V59a_metaG, 4SBTROV10_WHITE_metaG, 4SBTROV12_W25_metaG. Samples were collected from the extreme environments of submarine Kolumbo volcano.
