IMBBC researcher Thanos Dailianis participated to a workshop organised by the national Natural Environment & Climate Change Agency (NECCA) at the easternmost Greek island Kastellorizo over 16-17 October 2023. The workshop comprised of presentation of the recently implemented management actions regarding the conservation of biodiversity and the protection of species and habitats of the South East Aegean Sea. Dr Dailianis presented the outcomes of the management action on the assessment of the ecological status of marine caves at the Karpathos-Saria MPA implemented by HCMR-IMBBC in 2019-20.
