BSc Biology in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, in 2017
MSc Bioinformatics in Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, Germany, in 2020
PhD Bioinformatics in Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, Germany, in 2024 – Thesis: Evolutionary investigation of bacterial biosynthetic gene clusters at multiple scales
Since 2024: postdoctoral researcher, Comparative Genomics Lab, University of Lausanne, Switzerland

Following Athina’s talk, we will have another talk at 11.00 by our Olympia Vouzina, bioinformatician, who will present to us her work on “A comparative genomics approach of the evolution of dopamine receptors in vertebrates”
