Morphological identification

We provide taxonomic identification of marine organisms through examination of morphological features. Focusing on marine invertebrate taxa (e.g. Porifera, Cnidaria, Mollusca, Arthropoda) we use current methods including light microscopy, histology and micro-computed tomography (microCT).

eDNA metabarcoding services

eDNA metabarcoding services including all the steps, from nucleic acid extraction to library preparation, amplicon sequencing and bioinformatic analyses. It includes assessment of biodiversity at the molecular level and targeting multiple taxonomic groups, such as Bacteria and Archaea, Metazoa, Fungi etc.
