My research is diverse, ranging from ecology to genomics and gene regulation. I mainly focus on sex differentiation, population, aquaculture and invasion genomics. I use interdisciplinary approaches combining NGS techniques to answer ecological questions. I consider myself as a wet-lab experimentalist with a wide experience in bioinformatics. I am involved in several genome projects in aquaculture fish and invasive species. Recent focus: The implication of long non-coding RNAs in sex differentiation in fish and the adaptation success of an exotic seagrass in relation with global warming.
